Application:
KD series yarn dyeing machine is a kind of latest box-type overflow dyeing machine, the capacity is around 2kg~720kg, the max. Working temperature is 108, suitable for dyeing hank yarn such as cotton, wool and other blended yarn. Compared to traditional type, this machine has its special advantage on advanced material such as high count mercerized cotton, cashmere etc.
The machine’s characters:
- Control the water current, to ensure the dyeing quality.
Use the tapered top and bottom structure, and water installations which matched with it, to exactly control the current inside the main cylinder stay balanced and orderly, avoid the yarn to run or confused and such incidents, to ensure the high dyeing equality.
- High dyeing temperature, variable frequency speed regulation and good usability.
Modified hydrostatic pump gives the main cylinder a certain amount of pressure, increased the dyeing temperature, up to 108. The circulating pump uses frequency conversion to control speed, it saves energy end is efficient, has good usability.
- Special design, high quality
Main machine body adopts 500 thick stainless, durable in use. Heat exchanger is located on the bottom of overflowing cylinder top. Compact structure reduced liquor ratio and prime cost
